Blade angle differences are the number one cause of aerodynamically excited imbalances. From an angle difference of 0.5° the tower shows a swinging behaviour characteristic of an unbalanced oscillation.
The tower vibration is a good indicator for the level of imbalance.
As an additional service we offer in addition to the ROMEG measurement on the determination of the absolute pitch.
The prerequisite for this is the availability of the foils.

The information about the tower clearance of the blade tips is a revealing indicator of the evaluation of the sheet behavior in different load conditions. In addition to the aerodynamic influences also the rigidities of the individual blades are displayed in these measurements.
Usually, in this measurement, the behavior of the system is displayed on several days with different wind situations.
